HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Orders are always shipped registered, so after your parcel is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. That way you’ll be able to check where your parcel is located anytime.

WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION TIME?

Our shoes are handmade to order and processing time is 5-15 working days to be completed.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?

All orders are final and you can change or modify your order within the first 48 hours.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE ?

The preferred method of shipment is DHL.
Shipping usually takes 1-5 days to arrive from he day it is shipped, depending on the destination country.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NOTICE THAT MY PROFILE INFORMATION IS INCORRECT AFTER I HAVE COMPLETED THE ORDERING PROCESS?

HOW MUCH ARE THE CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES FOR MY ORDER?

The orders of non-European Union countries may charge customs and import taxes according to local custom regulation.

The orders of European Union countries are free of duty charges.

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE ITEM WILL FIT ME?

You can check the size chart in each product page  in order to make sure that your shoes fit perfectly.

You can find your right size by measuring the insole of a pair of shoes you own that fit well, and compare to our size charts.

MY RECEIVED SHOES ARE DAMAGED. WHO PAYS FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS?

In case you receive your shoes damaged, please send us detailed photos of your damaged pair and we will act accordingly.

WILL MY SHOES BE EXACTLY LIKE SHOWN ON THE PICTURE?

Our shoes are made by hand, slight variations in color and materials used are possible. The product photos cannot ensure a complete similarity with the item shown.
